TreeBros offers artificial Christmas trees.

We aim to provide accurate product information, including descriptions, photographs, dimensions, and availability. Minor differences in color or appearance may occur.

All prices are displayed in U.S. dollars (USD), unless otherwise indicated. Applicable taxes and shipping charges are shown during checkout.

We reserve the right to correct pricing or product information errors. If an error affects an order, we will contact you about the available options, including cancellation and an appropriate refund.

2. Orders and Payments

Payments are processed through the secure payment methods available at checkout, including PayPal where supported.

Orders are subject to product availability, payment authorization, and shipping eligibility.

If an item becomes unavailable after purchase, we will contact you to arrange an appropriate solution, such as an agreed replacement or refund.

3. Shipping and Delivery

TreeBros currently ships only to street addresses in the contiguous 48 United States and Washington, DC. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, other U.S. territories, PO Boxes, parcel lockers, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, or addresses outside the United States. Checkout shows whether shipping is available for your address.

Shipping costs and available delivery options are displayed at checkout.

Delivery times vary by product, supplier warehouse, carrier, and destination. Orders may arrive in separate shipments.

4. Cancellations and Returns

If you need to change or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.

Once fulfillment or shipping has begun, changes may no longer be possible.
